Shaheen is a chef based in London, classically trained in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu and Alain Ducasse Education. She has won several prestigious scholarships from The James Beard Foundation (USA) and The Culinary Trust (USA). She has worked as a pastry chef for a Michelin starred restaurant in London and was former food editor for BBC Good Food India. She is currently working on her first cookbook titled Paris Picnic Club which will be out Spring ’17 with Sterling (Barnes and Noble, USA).
