Here’s one for the savoury tooth, to complement all the desserts you’re making. Learn a mix of savoury and sweet brunch treats ranging from crispy, butter thin potato pancakes to bagels inspired from a trip to NYC loaded with homemade fruit spread and nut butter.

  1. Potato rösti with herb feta and yogurt sauce
  2. Parmesan, olive and chive scones
  3. Crispy chickpeas, squash and with date and tahini dressing
  4. Chocolate chunk, sesame and miso cookies 
  5. East Village bagels – fruit spread, almond butter and banana

This class will last for approximately 3.5 hours.
