Brunch Time


You wanted a class with brunch food and savoury bakes, so here it is!

  1. Brioche French toast with fresh mango and cream (including a brioche from scratch!)
  2. Better than Nutella spread (egg-free)
  3. Quiche of the Day (from what’s best at the market- mixed herbs/leeks/cheese/spinach/mushroom)
  4. Salad: pumpkin, rocket, pomegranate, labneh, pistou and honey buckwheat (egg-free)
  5. Rosemary and charcoal crackers with whipped ricotta (egg-free)

You will be provided with detailed recipe notes. This class lasts about 3.5 hours.
