Terms & Conditions
1) While downloading a recipe sheet
- Download links will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase and are valid only for 24 hours.
- Download links are limited to two per customer.
- You may not share your downloads with anyone else or upload them to a public forum as this constitutes piracy.
2) While registering for a class
- The advance payments made to book your seats are non-refundable. By registering, you are committing to attending that class. Any no shows/cancellations/change of dates, for whatever reason, cause a loss in value for us and the student. We have found this to be the fairest method. You could gift your seat to a friend if you like.
- Although this is very unlikely and has never happened before, if we do not meet the minimum number of students required for a class, we reserve the right cancel or change the date. You'll get a full refund if you cannot make it for an alternative date.
- There may be a rare occurrence of a recipe on a menu being changed or modified slightly, although this is unlikely.
- From time to time, we may use your information to contact you via SMS, email or phone to deliver certain information or services you have requested.
- Please keep your phones on silent through the class, and should you need to answer any calls, please step outside so the class isn't disturbed or distracted.
- Please do not bring your child or infant to the class.
