French Fancies

This is a technique driven class with several components that come together spectacularly to make two fancy desserts. The chocolate raspberry concoction is positively addictive. When I made it, I couldn’t help steal sliver after sliver of the cake until it was all gone and I felt too stuffed to eat dinner. And with Hazel, you can’t quite beat the wonderful textures of hazelnut creams and rich praline!
